How do you imagine Laval in 2035? What do you see as priority for development? What major projects would you like to see implemented? As part of the Rethink Laval initiative, the city would like you to participate in a survey in the form of workshops and discussions to be held on Nov. 10, 11 and 12.

Issues on the table for discussion include land use, urban growth, immigrant integration, infrastructure, quality of life, the environment, mobility, health and safety.

The committee was formed to interpret surveys and input from discussion groups that will provide a sense of direction in the preparation of the new strategic vision for the city that will be announced during the 50th anniversary celebrations in 2015.

Residents are invited to register online as soon as possible as there is a limit of 100 participants per workshop. Should you not wish to participate in the open discussion your thoughts and ideas for Laval’s vision for 2035 are welcome in the form of an email.

More information on the strategic vision and how to get involved is available at www.laval.ca
