Slumbering nude improves sleep quality

By Murray Sherriffs

Do you toss and turn sometimes and wake up too warm to sleep?

Get naked!

Joseph Dzierzewski, National Sleep Foundation senior vice president of research and scientific affairs says that temperature is one of the most underappreciated factors in sleep.”

Even modest changes in temperature and airflow can influence how quickly we fall asleep and how deeply we slumber.

Core body temperature naturally drops 0.6º-1º Celsius (1º-2º degrees Fahrenheit) to fall asleep—but if that cooling process is disrupted, even slightly, sleep can become more fragmented and less restorative.

The goal is to feel comfortable and secure while helping your body to cool naturally so, if naked is the way to accomplish , go for it.

And if that is translated by your honey as an invitation to get busy?

Bonus!
