The trial of a Quebec student pilot, 33-year-old Jean Fredric Pinard Deecelles, has been set for March 16, when he will answer to charges of dangerous flying and causing bodily harm to his passenger, when in his alleged effort to show off for a party in St. Remi he flew a Cessna 150G fly low over several homes, he executed a steep nose-up climb, then stalled, flipped over to a vertical descent, severed a number of power lines and crashed into a car in a driveway, setting it and the adjacent house on fire.
