Anti-insomnia training works

Researchers at the Centre de Recherche de l’Institut Universitaire de Gériatrie de Montréal have determined that people who completed an online program, designed to treat insomnia and anxiety sleep better and report less insomnia.

The study in the journal Age and Ageing followed 80 adults aged 65 and older.

Neurologist and clinical researcher Dr. Thien Thanh Dang-Vu says that poor sleep has been linked to a higher risk of depression, anxiety, heart disease. diabetes, cognitive decline, low energy and difficulty concentrating.
