I have heard the Harry Schick story off and on, but never realized that the man had been harassed by the OQLF for so many years
Surely this cannot be tolerated in any so-called democratic society. According to Mr. Schick’s interview on the radio this week, he has been visited some 20 or so times over almost four decades and has once paid a $600 fine.
I call on Premier Couillard, who so eloquently replied to the PQ about his having spent time in Saudi Arabia, that it made him a stronger person, better able to appreciate the differences of others, to take this opportunity to show how strong he is.
End the harassment of Mr. Schick and all the others immediately and use the money wasted on the OQLF for health care or education.
