For the tenth year in a row, Strangers in the Night organizer Larry Day put on a show to remember featuring 90s dance diva Crystal Waters, Grammy winners The Pointer Sisters and some local acts as well as bringing together more than 75 Montreal restaurants under a big top at the Fairview shopping centre Saturday, June 14.
More than $700,000 was raised at the evening event that will benefit the Starlight Children’s Foundation, a non-profit organization that helps children through partnerships with clinics and hospitals around the world. The more than 4,000 participants were “So Excited” to see The Pointer Sisters perform that many would “Jump” for joy.
