The Lifesaving Society says that only people who have formal lifeguard and water-rescue training should do this.

Quebec City resident Guy Perreault has won the $1 million Extra top prize for the June 24 lottery draw and did two things almost immediately: He went straight to work and quit. He first thought that he had won $100,000, but started noticing the extra zeroes. His former boss is very happy for him.
