19-year-old-Lydia Ghorici has been charged with murder in connection with killing a senior in his home during a break-in on Renaud Street in St. Hubert, last Sunday. The man’s wife is recovering from injuries that she received in the attack.

Montreal police have arrested a 19-year-old man in a stabbing attack on a 13-year-old girl and a 28-year-old woman in St. Leonard, on Grandes Prairies boulevard near Lacordaire.

88-year-old Jeanne Demers-Goyer has died in the cold, her walker found nearby, outside a private seniors’ residence on Promenade des Îles, in Laval.
