Quebec’s SAAQ has again delayed its deadline for eliminating its deficit, saying that that will happen only in 2042, 17 years after its SAAQclic program was introduced.

Two officials from the SAAQ’s finance department have told the the Gallant Commission in Montreal that its deficit has surpassed $492.3 million and will be $824 million in 2029.
