A Capitale Nationale man is retiring and heading south after winning $1,000-a-day for the rest of his life in the Grande Vie lottery. Michel Poulin bought his winning ticket online and found out that he had won while at work the following day. He called his wife and daughter and told them the good news. He says that he’ll stop working after this winter and plans to travel more and buy a small place down south.
