Medical professionals say that people are digesting information in public education programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Romina Mizrahi, psychiatrist and director of the McGill Research Centre for Cannabis says that there was a lot of hype when cannabis was legalized, but that people have since reacted to education programs directed specifically at the young.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Quebec Cannabis Survey, released this week, reveals 17% of people 15 and older used cannabis last year, a drop from 18% from the year previous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That figure was at 14% before legalization in 2018, and 20% in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
