Healthy diet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Exercise frequently<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Don&#8217;t smoke. No alcohol<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Never stop learning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Meditate, keep a journal, be an active problem-solver<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.
