Abord \u00e0 Plouffe resident Alex Trichas organized the seventh annual walk-a-thon in Abord \u00e0 Plouffe on Sept. 7. Funds were raised for the Hope and Cope of the Jewish General Hospital. <\/p>\n

Hundreds of people were out walking and celebrating including Mr. Orestis Fidas who according to city Councillor Vasilios Karidogiannis is a \u201cprimo coffee guru.\u201d <\/p>\n

Hope and Cope helps people cope with cancer. Guided by professional staff, cancer-experienced volunteers provide psychosocial support and practical resources that help patients regain a sense of control and well-being, reduce isolation and restore hope.
