KnightsBridge\u2019s condo project Willibrord has obtained platinum certification from Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). <\/p>\n

It’s the first Verdun project to achieve such a high level in LEED and only the sixth in Montreal. <\/p>\n

Not bad for a development firm founded less than three years ago. The company is already making a name for itself by focusing on high-quality condominium projects in popular neighbourhoods, like the Plateau, Parc LaFontaine, and Verdun. <\/p>\n

\u201cPeople want to live in Montreal now, but single family homes are too expensive because of the price of the land,\u201d says senior partner Charles-Antoine Gosselin. \u201cOur projects are popular because the prices are cheaper, but the quality is high. We don\u2019t have trouble selling out.\u201d <\/p>\n

KnightsBridge\u2019s three Verdun projects are going particularly well. In addition to the Willibrord, there\u2019s also the St. Dizier between Hickson and Regina and the most recent , W. Parkyn on Evelyn. Six of the eight units in W. Parkyn sold before the ground-breaking took place. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe best thing about that project is the three-bedroom unit,\u201d said Gosselin. \u201cThe living room is 24-feet wide.\u201d <\/p>\n

Gosselin says that he offers buyers an incentive to get into projects early because they can choose any configuration they like within their units. That flexibility exists because the company never builds structural walls inside its new condominium buildings. <\/p>\n

The company also specializes in converting existing triplexes for clients. With the nine new buildings, they\u2019ve completed 24 projects in total so far. <\/p>\n
