A young boy who ran into the street to retrieve his hat after
\na gust of wind blew it off his head is recovering from a fractured leg and contusions, after being struck by a passing city
\npickup truck, Laval police report.
\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\nAccording to Const. Franco di Genova, the five-year-old
\nstrayed into the road at the Centre de la nature<\/i> on avenue du
\nParc at 11:30 a.m., Sept. 15.<\/p>\n

The boy and his mother, who was suffering from shock,
\nwere transported to hospital after the accident. Both are
\nexpected to fully recover, as is the municipal employee who
