Mohamed Bouhdid told <i>The Suburban.<\/i> \u201cI want to reassure [Pointe Claire residents] that it wasn\u2019t a dangerous place, because it was where they held regular meetings. We didn\u2019t find any weapons there and only a very minimal amount of drugs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Searches elsewhere, in the Laurentians and in St. Lazare, netted guns and drugs, though, police said.<\/p>\n<p>In Pointe Claire, investigators found a private gym: exercise machines but not much else. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn particular, we didn\u2019t find any weapons there,\u201d Cmdr. Bouhdid said in an interview. \u201cOnly a minimal quantity of drugs. We did find lots of weapons at the other locations that we searched, though.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Montreal Police and S\u00fbret\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec arrested four men and two women who reportedly are members of a Hell\u2019s Angels spinoff called Devil\u2019s Ghosts. Some were released on bail and others remain incarcerated pending a court hearing on the variety of drug and firearm charges that they now face.<\/p>\n<p>Though they kept a low profile, some of them were known to several Valois locals, who told <i>The Suburban<\/i> that they didn\u2019t cause any trouble for their neighbours. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe didn\u2019t receive a lot of complaints,\u201d acknowledged Cmdr. Bouhdid. \u201cWe began a complex investigation following a tip late last summer. Once we started to look at the location, we realized that it was related to organized crime involving biker gangs like the Hell\u2019s Angels.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe investigation remains ongoing,\u201d he added, \u201cWe\u2019re going to keep at it.
