None of the winners of the August 21 draw—all members of an online lottery group—have met before.
They are from 12 different regions in Quebec.
Some winners laughed at hearing the news in a call from Loto Québec, others disbelieved or broke down crying.
Some will travel, buy a Jeep, pay debts, travel or retire.
