You’ve likely heard it all before but it bears repeating: you can do things every day to be healthy and happy and live longer.
Behavioral Scientist Arthur Brooks, professor at the Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard Business School, Boston, says that data from the Harvard Study of Adult Development (85 years of study of adult life) has identified six habits of happier and healthier people:
1. Healthy diet
2. Exercise frequently
3. Don’t smoke. No alcohol
4. Never stop learning
5. Meditate, keep a journal, be an active problem-solver
6. Love (people who love are happiest as they age)
