The fourth annual Christmas market will take place next to St. Vincent de Paul Church on Lévesque Boulevard, from Dec. 5-7. Almost 40 exhibitors will be on site with a variety of products for sale such as jewelry, stained glass, soaps, cakes, meat pies and chocolate.

Santa and Mrs. Claus will be on hand to greet shoppers. Children can enjoy balloon sculpture, story reading, street performers, a makeup kiosk and a do it yourself activity.

Relais du Quartier St. Vincent de Paul will be selling Christmas trees to raise funds for the less fortunate of the community.

The cost of the tree will be $25.

To keep the magic alive, St. Vincent will light up again from Dec. 12-14, at the Old St. Vincent Theatre. A rally to hunt for elves, a chocolate shop and an interactive show for children are some of the scheduled entertainment. Registration is required for these two activities at [450] 664-4711.

During the weekend, visitors will also be entitled to the soup and sausages on the fire, at no charge.
