• Under Types de documents – You can select the type of acts you wish to view: Tables décennales (10-year period indices of marriages, births, deaths) / naissances – baptêmes (births & baptisms) / mariages (marriages) / décès – sépultures (Deaths and burials)

• Le Notariat – Les archives notariales – The Notarial fonds – Beginning about 1540, hundreds of notaries are listed in alphabetical sequence indicating the years they served – Unfortunately I could not find the names of clients – The content of this database for each notary is contrats de mariages (marriage contracts), testaments (wills), inventaires après décès (after-death inventories)

• Registres paroissiaux et d’état civil 1529-1892 – A search engine by first name, family name, location (communes), years, type of searches, baptisms, births, marriages, deaths
• Cadastre napoléonien 1808-1840 – Land registers from 1808 to 1840 – This search engine is divided into three categories:
• Matrice – Numbering System by names of persons, first names, location (names of Communes (villages, towns, townships, cities))
• L’atlas – Mapping section indicating precisely where one’s ancestor resided, the name of the owner of the lot, the size of the lot or farm or house or place of business or type of business.
• L’état de section – Similar in concept to the “Matrice” option in alphabetical sequence by “communes” and family names.

•Le Notariat 1756-1791 – Notaries, hundreds of them from the 16th century onward – Their names, the years they served, the towns and cities they served, the numbering system of their surviving documents. As of this month (August 2013), one cannot access yet actual Notarial Acts online, but once a researcher has narrowed down a research process to one or two notaries, it is then possible to contact said Archives by emails and request further assistance.
